Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Just a Squire account and the game data linked to it at any time, whether you play on Telegram or in the Android app.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@whaleplayed.com with the subject “Delete my Just a Squire account”.
- Tell us which account it is:
- Telegram: your Telegram username (or, if you have none, the name shown on your Telegram profile).
- Android app: your in-game name, and a screenshot of the game's Settings screen if you can.
- We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it, so that nobody can delete someone else's progress.
What we delete, and when
After we confirm your request, we delete your account and its game data: your progress, balances, items and settings. This is completed within 90 days of the request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some records are kept after deletion where the law or our legitimate needs require it: records of purchases, for dispute resolution and financial record-keeping, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion cannot be undone. Purchases, currencies and items on a deleted account cannot be restored or moved to another account.
